This is Hika-chaaaaaan o3o He's the fourth eldest of the Family, the third eldest being Keitoru, the second being Seiiri and the eldest being Amane.
He sees his older sisters as rivals, especially Seiiri, her 'Cool and Calm' attitude makes him both rival her and respect her.
His brother on the other hand, well, he honestly doesn't see much of his brother xD; only Amane does cause shes le sneaky~ ouo
